Questions about paying
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. After 30 days the band moves to Free unless you choose a plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, in Settings → Plan. After cancelling, the plan runs until the end of the paid period.
What happens to our data on Free?
Nothing is deleted. Paid features become read-only, and you can still see your finances and logistics.
Can we get an invoice for our company?
Yes. Enter the billing address and your VAT ID on the payment page; the invoice comes by email.
